CCDC Recognized as CDC of the
Year in the Columbus District:
Thomas Mueller, SBA Columbus District Director and
Ron Carlson, Cincinnati Branch Manager, recognized
CCDC as the #1 SBA Certified Development Company for
2007. The award was given at the Annual SBA
Champions of Success dinner on April 17, 2008.
CCDC is on Pace for Another Record Breaking

Through March 2008 CCDC had 32 loans approved by
the SBA for a total of $13.7 million dollars and
remains the top
producing CDC in the State of Ohio.

Member:
Roger Davidson, a Senior Vice President with J.P.
Morgan Chase is moving to Lexington, KY to assume a
new position with the bank. Roger has been on the
Board for over 10 years and served as President of
the Board in FY 2006. Roger's extensive banking
experience and insight will be missed. The Board and
staff wish him well in his new position.
Welcome our Newest Board Member:
CCDC welcomes Lindy O'Brien, President of O'Brien &
Roof Executive Search as the newest member of the
CCDC Board of Directors. O’Brien and Roof Executive
Search, Inc., is one of the top 10 recruiting
companies in Columbus. She is responsible for the
financial management of the company and for the
management of the recruiters. She is also co-owner
with her husband of Indian Springs Distribution, a
wholesale and retail poultry operation. Prior to
establishing her firm she was a Senior Recruiter for
J.D. Hersey and Associates, an Executive Research
Firm in Dublin, Ohio. Lindy graduated from Otterbein
College with a B.A. in Psychology and is currently
working on her masters degree for Applied Positive
Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Lindy has been involved with various organizations
including the Greater Central Ohio Chamber of
Commerce, the Small Business Council of Central
Ohio, National Association of Women Business Owners,
the Small Business Council of Central Ohio, and has
numerous other organizations.
