The Franklin County Growth Fund targets small, growing businesses within Franklin County. The fund provides flexible financing for working capital, equipment, business acquisition, or other needs. Loan amounts can go up to $250,000.

The Small Business Administration 7(a) Program provides guarantees on certain eligible small business loans. A bank may apply to the SBA for a 7(a) guarantee as it makes its lending decision.

The CCDC Day Care MicroLoan Program provides financing for start-up and existing home care providers in Franklin and neighboring counties.
