Program Details:


CCDC Day Care MicroLoan
 

Loan Type: Direct loan to business
Eligible
Business:
Child day care providers: centers, in-home or facility, located in Franklin and contiguous counties.
Use: Working capital, staffing salaries, inventory, and or small equipment.
Amount: Based on demonstrated business needs; average loan will be about $7,500; Minimum: $500, Maximum, $25,000.
Equity: Owner Investment required.
Term: Working capital: One to 18 months
Equipment:
Up to three years
Maximum: Five years
Rates: Maximum: Prime plus two points (maximum), fixed
Collateral:   Personal guaranty; lien or mortgage on assets; cosigners, etc.
Counties: Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Union, Madison, Pickaway, and other areas if financing is not available.
Fees: No application fee. 
Nominal fees to cover costs of processing, loan closing. 
Fee for credit report due with application
