Three-C Body Shop
Three-C Body Shop owner Bob Juniper has turned to CCDC for help with three separate expansions over a five-year period – two at his headquarters in Columbus and one in Chillicothe – for a total of 45,000 square feet of workspace. CCDC worked with Fifth Third Bank to secure almost $1 million in financing for the separate expansion projects.
“After these expansions, sales went from $2 to $12 million per year. Without CCDC, I wouldn’t have been able to do this. There was quite a stack of paperwork, but CCDC handled it all and I just had to sign my name.”

Three-C repairs one in three collision-damaged cars in central Ohio and became the first collision-repair business to be named to the Inc., 500 magazine’s annual ranking of the nation’s 500 fastest-growing privately owned companies (October 1995), an honor repeated the following year. In November 1995, the firm became one of five Ohio companies honored by receiving a Governor’s Award for Achievement in Pollution Prevention. Juniper himself has twice been selected as a finalist for Central Ohio Entrepreneur of the Year (1996 and 1997).
A family business since 1956, Three-C Body Shop still has a family feel despite its significantly larger scope. “I love that I still have my family involved. My wife works at the shop, my seven-year-old daughter helps with radio ads, and I still turn to my 86-year-old dad for advice,” Juniper said.
